I had a wonderful experience with Glass Doctor! From the first phone call, their customer service was excellent. They took the time to answer all of my questions about my Subaru Forester windshield replacement, EyeSight recalibration, the type of glass being used, and my insurance claim. I never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent and knowledgeable everyone was. The installation was top-notch, and they even went above and beyond by reinstalling my dash cam and neatly hiding the wiring behind the trim. It actually looks cleaner than it did before the replacement! They also explained their G12 Windshield Protection Plan, which includes unlimited chip repairs for one year. If a chip can’t be safely repaired during that first year, they’ll replace the windshield one time at no additional cost under the protection plan. That extra peace of mind was a huge bonus. Overall, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Glass Doctor to anyone needing a windshield replacement!

Luis Hernandez came to my home today and did an absolutely fantastic job installing 4 brand new windows just in time for open house! The previous employee that came out to measure, got the measurements wrong by an eighth of an inch… And I was devastated over this! Luis handled the situation with the ultimate care and importance - He was able to call the office and have them remake these glass windows in less than an hour!!! This saved me from them having to come back another day or for me having to explain, broken seals and windows to potential buyers at an open house…he truly saved the day and now I can see clearly! I will definitely be using Glass Doctor again, but I’ll be requesting Luis.

I just have to say how impressed I am with this whole experience. I emailed them asking about a broken window and a foggy window. They got back to me within an hour and scheduled me for 2 days later. They all were so nice!! I don’t remember who the one who came to measure, but he was sweet and fast. I do remember Chommy. He was so young but so amazing!! He finished in like an hour for 2 windows. He didn’t even leave a trace of evidence that I had a repair. I HIGHLY Recommend this company!!!!!

Theron Kent and Chad Murray were fantastic. On time professional and worked diligently. I had an old repurposed windshield from my 1978 Camaro and they knew how to take care of getting it reinstalled. Highly recommend.

Beatrix, my blue Bronco, had a little run-in with a truck on I-485. 🚚 Luckily, @glassdoctorclt saved the day! Chad did a phenomenal job on the windshield replacement, and Julia made the insurance process so much easier than I expected. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would recommend! Plus, she’s all set with a one-year warranty. 🛠️✨
